Ductile and Grey iron castings are produced in DISAMATIC high pressure flaskless greensand moulding lines. Two of the three lines are exclusively dedicated for ductile iron production.

In DISAMATIC process, moulds are produced by squeezing sand at high pressure and then moved in a string without displacement by automatic mould conveyors through pouring and cooling zones. Pouring of treated metal is by automated pouring furnace and tundishes. After in-mould cooling, the castings are separated from sand by tumbling in a cooling drum. The transportation of castings and sand are entirely by automated conveyor systems.
