The strength of the Foundry lies in the in-house facilities and know-how built up over several years. Die and pattern requirements are met fully in-house with a tool room equipped with CAD/CAM systems, High speed CNC milling machines, Hydraulic copy milling machines & 3 Co-ordinate Measuring Machine.

The developmental lead time for new products is between 3 and 7 weeks depending upon the nature of the job. The Foundry Division has installed solidification simulation software for new product development to do it right first time, every time.

The laboratory is well equipped to check all incoming materials, metal charges, sand resins and to conduct integrated checks on production processes as well as metallurgical checks on finished castings.
